My Cliche and Totally Weird Love Story

So that's me. My name is Katie. If I had to describe myself in one word, well 2 words, it would be free-spirited. I'm not one to be confined to anything. Everyone who has ever tried to limit me has miserably failed. In school I was "that girl" who overachieved at everything. The one that all the kids hated or "disliked" because I owned who I was, and I wasn't afraid to let you know it. I never thought I would find anyone who could mellow me out, or anyone who would even attempt to try. But about 2 years ago I did.

Meet Tyson. My fun-loving, bmx riding, extremely adorable man. If I didn't have him, I don't know where I would be in life right now. Tyson came into my life unexpectedly. Our story is one like you see in movies, you know...the one's where you sit back and realize that people could only fall in love like that in a movie. Well, it happened to me. (You'll come to realize that a lot of things that happen to me are one in a million. It just doesn't happen to everyone). 

Anyways...back to the story. 

Meet My Friends. Well, my old friends (that's a whole other story). You see the girl with the camera? The one in the blue shirt standing next to me (grey shirt) taking the picture? That's Erin. She used to be one of my best friends in the whole entire world. That aside, it is entirely owed to her the kudos for setting me up with my soulmate. I had gone to see Tim Hawkins (A hilarious comedian) with Erin for her birthday. Sometime throughout the trip, I mentioned something about Tyson being extremely attractive. So my dear friend Erin took it upon herself to unite Tyson & I using this little social networking tool called Facebook. Somehow, Tyson decided I made the cut, and after a whirlwind week or two of talking, he asked me to be his, and I accepted. Ever since then, we have been un-separable.

It's really crazy some of the thing's life will throw at you. But the past couple years have showed me that life really does go on. Tragedies occur every single day. Many go unnoticed. having Tyson and being so blessed with an amazing man and family, it has taught me to not take the little things for granted. Tyson inspired me to follow my dreams. He believes in me even when I don't believe in myself. His calm spirit and sweet heart help me through even the roughest of days. He doesn't always realize the impact he has had on me and continues to have every day. He's the man that most girls can only dream of ever finding. I know that one day when I'm a super successful Fashion Marketer and Stylist, he will be right by my side supporting me the entire way. I can't wait to see what he ends up bringing to the world...I mean...seriously....check him out...
